Honest is more credible than aspirational. Here's when you should pick someone else.
Enterprise (1000+ employees)
Stick with NetSuite or SAP. We optimize for the SMB top-end (5–250 employees). Above that, you need org-wide approvals, regional ledgers, and a CFO suite we don't build.
Pure software dev shops
Use Linear + Jira + GitHub. We tackle services SMBs (construction, law, design, HOA). If you ship code as your product, our project model isn't sprint-shaped.
Retail / inventory-first
Use Shopify or Lightspeed. We model project-based delivery, not SKU-based commerce. We integrate with Shopify if you need both.
Healthcare practices needing EHR
Use Epic, Cerner, or a vertical EHR. We model patients as a Party kind but don't compete with regulated EHR. We integrate as a back-office layer for billing.
Pure CRM-only buyers
HubSpot is excellent at what it does. If you only need pipeline + email automation and never billing or delivery, we're overkill. Come back when you want one product.
QBO power users with no ops
If you're a bookkeeping firm whose only job is books, QBO + your existing workflow is fine. We're for the operator running a services business — bookkeeping is one of eight modules.
